Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all corporate and bulk orders with a cart value over $500+ and a 15% discount over $1000+. Taxes and Shipping charges are not included in this discount. To place a group or corporate order, please contact our customer support team at aloha@kohochocolates.com or call us at 1-888-255-5998.
Do you have an order minimum for corporate gifts & bulk orders?
Yes, corporate and bulk orders require a minimum of $500 in order to receive our volume discount.
Can I mix & match my products
Yes, as a unique offer of corporate gifting you may select from available inventory.

Can I choose my own flavor assortment?
At this time, we do not offer custom assortments.
How do you ship and how much is shipping?
Corporate and bulk orders are shipped out Monday - Wednesday via FedEx. Insulated packaging and gel packs are included to protect each shipment.

When do I need to place my order by?
Our products are made to order. For corporate and bulk orders, please allow at least 2 weeks for turnaround.

Where do you ship?
We ship within in the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally, or to PO boxes.
